Primary Roles: The game has four primary roles: Civilians (x), Mafia (x (number of people signed up divided by 5 rounded down)+1(depending on how many people play)), a Seer, and a Doctor.

Civilian: The ordinary person. This primary role brings no special ability or benefit. You simply get to vote.

Mafia: The "evil" person. These players begin the game knowing each other so that they can communicate through PM's. Each round, they agree upon who to target and PM this information to the host. Their target will be killed during that round's night phase (unless somehow saved). PM's should have a primary and a backup target, in case the primary target is lynched.
NOTE: Mafia cannot mobkill another mafia.*

Addendum: The Mafia may not oust each other under any circumstances. If a Mafia is found to be doing this, they should be reported to either myself, or the host, and they well be banned from the game, and the following game of Mafia.

Oracle: The "seer." This player may discover the identity of a player every other round. The seer PM's the name of the target player to the host and the host will reveal the information to the seer. The information includes both the primary and secondary roles. NOTE: If the seer seers someone with an ability that changes every round (Chimera, etc.), the seer learns that they are x/Chimera and no other information

Doctor: This player may select a person every other round. If the target player is targeted by the Mafia that same round, that player is not killed. The doctor should PM the target's name to the host. It is also asked that you include a backup target in case your primary target is lynched.

Secondary Roles: The game has sixteen secondary roles. These are randomly distributed between each player at the start of the game.

Liar: The person who is voted for by liar on the lynch board loses the liar's vote and 1 more. (Always active). The Liar knows their vote is -1 but the person they voted for does not.

Gambler (Does not start off unless 20+ people join): Chooses two players every other round. One player's role is revealed to the other (it's random). The gambler does not get this information. This ability MUST be used when available. This ability is used by PMing the host the names of the two target players. NOTE: This ability only activates when you have it at the start of the round. If you take it from someone, it activates the next round. The gambler and the 2 target players all know the gamble took place. The gambler and the winner are both told who the gamble was between and who won. Only the winner is told the identity of the loser, and neither the winner or the loser are told who the gambler is.

Con Artist: May switch one player's vote every other round. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player. The target player doesn't know their vote was switched. Nor does the person they originally voted for, or who it was changed to. Only the Con Artist knows.

The 'Witness': May save one person from being lynched during the game. Your role is revealed when you do this. You can't use this power on yourself. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player. You may include more than one player's name. Note: Both primary and secondary role. The witness knows who they're witnessing, and the target player(s) are told they have been witnessed.

Mind Flayer: Negates one player's ability every other turn. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player. Only the Flayer knows.

Living Dead: This player starts off with their vote not counting. They must, however, vote every round, even though it is negated. Once they are killed, their secondary role only is revealed. They are assigned a random new role and resume the game now being able to vote.

Fallen Elf, "Mutate": Randomly reassigns a person's secondary ability. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player. This ability may be used every round. Both players are told about the mutation.

Immortal: Automatically saved from death once per game. Always active.

Vulture: Vote power starts at 0 and increases by a half each time a person dies. NOTE: If vulture is flayered then the person's voting power is normal (1).

Shielder: Can sacrifice self to save another person from death (Via Mafia kill). Target a player who you want to save. If the target player is picked by the doctor, then the Shielder still dies. If the Shielder is targeted by the doctor, the Shielder and the Mafia Target lives. If you activate this ability, then you cannot turn it off but can change your target. Both players know about the shield, but only the shielded knows who the shielder knows who the shielder is.

Virus: Kills self and target player. The target player always dies unless immortal. You still die regardless. This ability is activated by sending a PM to the host. Note: Your vote counts the round you die. If the person you virus would die of lynch that round, the second highest person voted for is lynched. People who vote for a virus kill/the virus the round the ability is activated act as if they had voted for themselves. The person you kill isn't announced until the end of the round.

Schrodinger's Cat: Your ability is a random one of any dead person this round. Has no effect first round. This will be PM'd you by the host. If you get crusader and you use it, you will give Schrodinger's Cat to the other player.

Crusader, "Endow": Trade secondary roles with a person. Person you traded with gets the "Endow" ability (which is your original one). Both players are told. Only the original crusader knows who they are.

Chimera: You get a different secondary ability between {Gambler, Inverter, Con Artist, Mind Flayer, Crusader, Fallen Elf, Deal Sealer, Twin Universe} each round. This will be PM'd you by the host. If you get crusader and you use it, you will give Chimera to the other player.

Vigilante: Target Player's vote counts twice. Can be used every round.

Inverter: Person's voting power is inverted. (IE, a vulture had 3 voting, but was inverted, then the vulture actually removes 3 votes from his target). Can be used every other round. Only the inverter knows whose vote was inverted, and not the target player or the person who was voted for.

Scorpion: Vote for a player. Unless your vote is removed or inverted, the person you vote for gains one poison counter. If your vote is moved, wherever it is moved gets the counter. Each Poison Counter counts as 1 vote for that player. The person who is voted for is told they have a counter on them (after the round end).

Fog Generator: The next round all votes are placed in secret (Via PM to me). Once used, cannot be used for 3 rounds. Cannot be used first round. Everyone is told it has been activated, but only the generator knows by who.

Devourer: Set one random person's (the devourer can't choose who) voting power to 0 for this round and increases your voting power by the number the target player's was reduced by. Eg, if a vulture with voting power 2 was devoured, the devourer's voting power becomes 3 and the vulture's becomes 0. If the target players voting power was influenced in any way that round, the other effect happens first. Eg, if a person's voting power was 1 and they were inverted, then devoured, the devourer's voting power would decrease by 1 (making it 0). Happens automatically every round. Neither the devourer nor the target player knows what their voting power has become. Only the devourer knows it has changed, and not what to.

Voodoo Doll: Abilities that affect you are directed at a random player instead, with the exception of role-changing abilities like Mutate (Fallen Elf) and Endow (Crusader). The person who has been voodoo'd knows, but not by whom.

Twin Universe: Copy target player's ability. One use only. The target player knows the ability has been activated, and not by whom.

Deal Sealer: Lock down a person's vote after it is cast, if that person tries to change their vote later, the change is not counted. Can be used every other round. Only the deal sealer knows the vote is locked.
