There are plenty of new players on age 1, although it's definitely not like it used to be. At least a fifth of our good players in my alliance on 157 are noobs, and to be honest they are pretty badass for noobs, most wouldn't know they were until they ask a question that just hasn't been answered yet, but would raise some noob-suspicions. I would definitely appreciate some more noobs being channeled to age 1 though, as the ratio of noobs to exp is definitely top heavy when it comes to the exp.

I laugh at the posts where people have said things about 300k arch, 100k cavs being godly in a warcity. Post-100 servers? Yeah, they were. Pre-50's Servers? You were huge if you had 500k prest. 1 mil? Top 100 for sure. Number one player on S2 was 17 mil prest- a HUGE prest farmer, right? Even on S2 the game was evolved pretty well, people knew the game somewhat. But, bots? What, like a robot that sits at the computer and plays for you? I remember my reaction when I first saw someone say bot on s49. "What the hell is a bot?" I never, on S2, saw someone say they were trying to cap a city from a bot, or that someone was botting. It was just unheard of. The game has changed since s145 or 140 as some of you have said, but the true good days were back further. Before Age2, for sure. I remember having 20k arch and trying to cap a level 4 and asking for help from my alliance members, because I was running out of troops to keep hitting. Noob maneuver? Absolutely, but hey, it was fun.

I kinda want to be a noob again sometimes, lol.
