Default plus 25% pre applied rally item

question about an item thats description is a bit vague.

    1) I see a check box appear in hte march area, is this a one time item?
    2) if you have rally 9 +25% would be 112.5K max army size am i correct in that?

There are a few caveats about the War Ensign. (The War Ensign is the item that allows you to send more troops in one trip from your rally point.)

The War Ensign costs 30 Evony Cents - that's $3. Now, if you really want to use one and you make a conscious purchase to buy it - that's fine - it's your choice and I'm not going to tell you how you should spend your money.

However, the problem with the War Ensign is that, if you do click on it, and if you have more than 30 Evony Cents but you don't have that item, you will automatically have 30 Cents deducted from your account. You are not prompted "You don't own... buy this item?" like you are for every other purchase - Evony just takes your cents. That, and it's fairly easy to accidentally click on it. I've accidentally clicked on War Ensign, and then realized my account balance is lower than it should be.

So be warned. Unless you want to "accidentally" lose $3, be careful about War Ensign use. I've reported this as a bug but I don't think they ever fixed it.

Wow that's the suck. Don't forget that if you DO use a war ensign it also STAYS checked (even if you close the attack window I believe) so if you forget to uncheck it, boom another $3 gone.
