Ok, for the last few months the OT was terribly active, with threads, games, and posts popping up everywhere, but ever since the Mafia VII finished and maybe even a little before that, people have either been leaving or drifting off to the complainer threads, leaving the OT to suffer. Threads that have been affected the most:

King's Bar - ever since marina left its been dead in there

Ban Game - Made a brief jump and then fell again

and the other threads put in that would normally receive lots of attention, such as what book are you reading right now, have all lost posters.

Where has everyone gone?

I know why... It's obviously because Call of Duty: Modern Warefare 3 came out lmao :P

Yes, OT is dead as far as I can tell.

There are ghosts that still wander in and out (such as myself) looking for something tangible to grasp a hold of that might help anchor them and return them to the corporeal state but sadly, nothing of substance lasts very long in this fetid atmosphere of corruption and decay.

There are also the young, who have heard some stories of these terrible and turbulent spirits, who come to see if they can raise the dead (or at least give themselves a good scare in the process.

Why is this place so haunted?
It is because this was a place where many battles were fought and the casualties were too numerous to count. If you had seen what I have seen, you might begin to understand how terrible, how blood-soaked and charred these walls have become. Those who survived those wars seem to have lost the will to fight as they have seen so many good souls wasted for no useful purpose.

But seriously, those who were here have moved on. It is 100% up to the new regular forum posters to maintain this section or not. Either way makes little difference in real terms` but this used to be a section where you could find something interesting to read most times and a lot of very funny stuff as well. Now it only rates an occasional visit to see which old bones are rattling.

The main reason I come back occasionally is to see what is left of the old crowd I once knew. I got fond memories of the forums from the last two years and made many friends with several forum members, but as they leave and don't come back, the incentive to stay on the forums decrease. Especially as one doesn't like the current members or aren't friendly with many. Just how life works.

I did skip over a lot of people and may have repeated what others said, if I did, sorry and get over it. Have a nice day
