Good post blah. That is twice that I have agreed with you. The star system in age 2 is part of what sets apart the serious gamers. In anyonline game you play there is and there should be a benefit which serious players receive over casual players. A great example of this is World of Warcraft. There the serious players do a lot of raiding and have far superior gear. I never could do raids so always had crafted armor. I jus understood that was part of the game. Coiners SHOULD have an advantage without us there would be NO evony. The upkeep is rediculous but I don't think evony ever intended 10mill archers to be considered mid size. However, the fact that this is what us, there paying customers, have come to expect should have some bearing on there forward progress. I truly believe that if they re-introduced the glitch that allowed multi farming then that would be the easiest way for them to bring back a lot of players as well as show us they do listen. I was glad they changed the alliance lockout from three to one day. I would like to see it at four hours or less personally.

Depends on which server you're playing on.

Basically the same core group of several hundred players move from server to server as new servers open.

Older servers consist of perhaps 200 active players and thousands of alts to feed huge armies.

Age 1 is pretty 'dead' but Evony has a system to get every last dime out of the software, I'm sure.

Why is it that people complain about no longer being able to exploit an in-game glitch because it's been corrected? That's beyond me... Why play expecting to exploit a glitch in the system? Glitches get fixed. It just seems like excessive whining. If having difficulty feeding large number of troops--either reduce troops or increase farming. How about selling excess resources and buying more food on the market? A person could also visit neighbors to get extra resource packs which really doesn't happen on older servers. These visits often trigger "hungry no more" bonuses. Of course, a person could also use this to drastically reduce upkeep. Then a person could also hit higher level food-resource fields to accumulate food.
