This is the first time I've heard that. If that is indeed true, then it indicates that there is a weighting of the factors that trigger the captchas to offer them more to people who attack "X" number of NPCs over a given period, or perhaps as a ratio of NPC-to-Player attacks.
These are indeed guesses, but I'm only going by what people are saying and providing logical analysis of what is being said. If that weighting is indeed the case, then in my opinion, I can understand why one would choose to weight it that way, because that's what external helpers are by-in-large designed to do.
That said though, there were times that I spent several hours online doing nothing but NPC attacks. I had 9 cities, and would do 3 rounds of 9 attacks from each city on level 5 NPCs, and 3 rounds of 2 attacks from each city on level 10 NPCs. 9 x 9 x 3 = 243. 3 x 2 x 9 = 54. 243 + 54 = 297 NPC attacks. I did that by myself, without external help, so if that triggered more frequent captchas, and I was getting them right every time, I would certainly be a bit upset about it.

I have to agree with you. Between the random installation of captcha's and the new "oh lets throw in a cooldown" idea, I'm starting to wonder what the programmers are actually doing... Cause I could think up some pretty cool stuff if I were getting paid to do it... Just saying![]()
Crazy, but that's how it goes
Millions of people living as foes
Maybe it's not too late
To learn how to love
And forget how to hate
please enough with captcha threads they have become like cheap hookers....lame and overused.... sighs...
