Hey all i recently came back to playing after almost a year break, and i must say the customer support seems to have improved greatly despite what you actually read here. I've had to send in three helpspot tickets in the past three months and all of them were resolved quickly. I must say with the first one i sent i wasn't expecting anything at all.
Now i will say the responses i actually get from the help center people seem to be rather strained, and seems english may not even be their first language. By responses i mean the actual written thing they send back. Now i'm not saying there's not many things that need to be improved upon in age 1 and i do feel as if we're neglected incredibly compared to age 2, despite seemingly being a much more popular version of the game as far as i can tell. But all i can say is, compared to when i left a year ago and now, customer support has grown leaps and bounds.
Not gonna go as far as accuse people of things and generalize, but the people i've seen complaining about losing accounts and things like that i know for a fact at least 80% of the ones i've read are people that do have multiple accounts. I believe they also use some other illegal programs, but i have no actual evidence of that where the multi accounting i simply do because they have bought accounts from people i know.
