    Default Helpspot improving greatly, or just me?

    Hey all i recently came back to playing after almost a year break, and i must say the customer support seems to have improved greatly despite what you actually read here. I've had to send in three helpspot tickets in the past three months and all of them were resolved quickly. I must say with the first one i sent i wasn't expecting anything at all.

    Now i will say the responses i actually get from the help center people seem to be rather strained, and seems english may not even be their first language. By responses i mean the actual written thing they send back. Now i'm not saying there's not many things that need to be improved upon in age 1 and i do feel as if we're neglected incredibly compared to age 2, despite seemingly being a much more popular version of the game as far as i can tell. But all i can say is, compared to when i left a year ago and now, customer support has grown leaps and bounds.

    Not gonna go as far as accuse people of things and generalize, but the people i've seen complaining about losing accounts and things like that i know for a fact at least 80% of the ones i've read are people that do have multiple accounts. I believe they also use some other illegal programs, but i have no actual evidence of that where the multi accounting i simply do because they have bought accounts from people i know.

    Its just you. I always get an automated response with no action followed.

    They've usually sent an actual response to me as well.. not always but most of the time. The few times I've had trouble I've gotten someone on here to look at it and it was solved... I like the evony customer support FAR more than some of games customer support... Just saying..

    I always get my questions answered by a guy named Allen. Now it might not be the answer I want but hey that's life. At least a real person is helping me. He even helped me recover a forgotten email address...how many times have you heard of that happening on here?

    I must have about 50 of those automated responses, followed by a survey lol.
    Didnt even make a difference having multiple people Report an issue. Same results 'Tis is Evony.

    I've never spent much; at least what i've considered much anyways. As far as responses go; normally i get one that i don't notice for a couple hours that didn't make any sense really, but the problem has always been taken care of. They seem to respond without really thinking at all about what you're saying or not understanding what you're saying or just both, which is why i said the english thing, then figure it out for themselves by actually looking into it.

    Now i may be more patient then most i don't know, but when i send in a problem i expect it to take at least six hours and don't sit there and check constantly. I will say you seem to get much quicker responses right around maint times then any other times, though. I kinda figured the general complaining around here was just the internet bringing out the worst in people, but honestly as far as i've seen for the size of company that evony is their customer service is actually very good. I am rather surprised how drastically over stated the complaints are, and i say a lot of it is people with multiple accounts, account sitters, and/or bots that had gottin too accustomed to when they were an upstarting game without the funds for real customer service. It's gonna be so easy to tell if you do those things if someone is looking at your account directly; don't even bother asking customer service for help would be my opinion cause it's gonna have a good chance to end up worse for you then whatever you're problem actually is.

    This is because Customer Support doesn't have as many Evony players to deal with nowadays.
    Most either quit Evony or gave up on Customer Support entirely.

    Sounds like a backhanded answer right there

    I've ALWAYS got my questions answered no matter what. Yes it might not have been when I wanted it. Yes it might not have been the answer I thought my self-centered self deserved. But they did give me the best solution to my problem. And from the customer service I receive from other places (like my damn bank for one) Evony aren't the worst.

    Population on new servers is easily as high, if not higher, with new players on them and coining seems to have gone up substantially. See no basis for that whatsoever.
