Starting at the beginning of next round (9pm EST on Tuesday), rounds shall be shortened from a full 2-days (48 hours) to 1 and a half days (36 hours).

It's not like there won't be a full 36 hours to vote beforehand, and a full 36 afterwards.

I wouldn't mind a 36 hour system. It shouldn't be a problem if it's just for 2 rounds.
