Here is a really really really hard logic question

Just a forewarning, TAKE THE QUESTION AS IT IS, DO NOT TRY TO WORK YOUR WAY AROUND THE FACTS. YOU CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITH THE INFORMATION GIVIN TO YOU.

Just so you know, I am one of 2 students that have been in 7th and 8th grade for 6 years.

Ok, here goes


Terrorists take 4 hostages. The terrorists like to play mind games with the hostages so they set them up with 3 of them in a column facing a wall so the only thing they can see is the back of the people in front of them's head and the other one facing the wall on the other side of the wall like so

They then place hats on the hostages (sad=black hat and confused=white hat) and give them these instructions
1. We have placed 4 hats on you 2 black hats and 2 white hats
2. If you can say with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY which hat you are wearing, we will let you all go
3. You are not allowed to move
4. The only words you are allowed to say are white or black and if you guess wrong, you all die instantly
5. You cannot see your own hat the only hats you can see are the hats of the people in front of you (So, the guy in the back can see the two hats in front of him, the guy in the middle can see the hat in front of him, and the 2 guys facing the wall can see nothing.
BTW the people can't see through or around the wall


SO, WHICH MAN CAN SAY WITH ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY WHAT HAT HE IS WEARING AND WHY?
