i got weapons, 4 hunting shotguns, 3 hunting rifles, 44. magnum, 45 magnum desert eagle, AR-15 assult rifle. tons of rounds for the handguns, and plenty of rounds for the rifles and shotguns. few swords, a battle axe, 2 shields.

fallout shelter is up in the mountains, its a hunting lodge that i go to, and every hunter goes to as well. its easily defended, well stocked with food, bottled water, and power generators. large 4 story building brick building, 1 main exit, which when manned by guys who know the building, can turn the main hall into a killing ground. 30 rooms, each with a full bathroom. each room has 2 beds. 2 side exits, easily blocked and can be defended by 3 men.

so pretty much, its the best place to survive a zombie apocalypse

    1. Me and my group of people build a castle/fortress.
    2. We build traps and make weapons and cannons.
    3. We kill the zombies.

Guns would be very useless as they eventually run out of ammo. Best bet it the swords and shield but still useless unless you know how to use them.

Best bet it to get a full body armor and a spear as it allows you to fight at a distance and get a short sword incase one gets close.

And that place really isnt the best place to make a last stand. Each room has to exits? That gives zombies plenty of ways to get in. You will want something with only one exit.

Is this plagiarized from some sort of book or movie? You know, the same way your sig quote is?

That kind old lady stopped the rain for us.
She said it would only make us cold, and miserable, and sick.
We thanked her and hugged her and she walked away smiling warmly.

There was something very interesting that drew me to respond, but due ot my poor short term memory, I forgot what it was on my way here as i logged on.
    It was something about eating....

Since I am already here, there is a movie title The Walking Dead that I watched on Netflix, it is an awesome zombie tv series.
The first few episode kinda slow but as the series progress the series gets really interesting.

Anyone seen the second season yet?

Hole up in my dormitory until the initial scare is over and everyone is dead or hiding such as myself. Then since I'm at college with a friend from home, we already planned that we will go to the nearest store and stockpile up on food and plan our route to Cornell. Most likely we are going to be trekking to Cornell as the roads will be clogged with cars, so we will be going through the woods and staying far away from civilization as possible. On the way to Cornell, we will be obtaining blunt weapons and guns at the nearest hardware store and Wallmart.
Now we get to Cornell and pick up our other friend (Cornell is approximately a three day walk from where I am currently) and then we trek on home to where we used to live, another four to five days. We will be once again keeping away from Civilization and sleeping in shifts and not using the roads.
We have said that hypothetically that our family are already safe and sound, so we don't have to worry about them. So we will pick up the rest of our closest friend group, the ten of us, maybe a few more especially since we want our girlfriends as well. It is already decided that I will be the melee tank of the group, my job is to carry the heavy weights, and be handling a melee weapon with some sort of shield. The reason of course being that I'm the physically strongest in the group and have the best coordination. So we will have one other melee, two people with sniper rifles and the rest with semi-automatics and glocks and a close ranged weapon.
The reason we are dividing it up this way is so that in case of a zombie attack where hordes of them come upon us, the job of the melee is simply to keep pushing them back and preventing them from getting too close while the gun handlers take care of them from a distance. We plan to wall ourselves up in one of two places, a needle tower or costo. Needle towers are obvious place to survive, zombies aren't climbing the ladders. The costo is optional since there are shelves that we can climb up and barricade ourselves. and be stockpiled with food.

Our zombie plan is thought out and prepared. I am ready to survive, are you?
