Everything about Christmas is fake. Nothing is true. Even the stuff that IS true isn't. Everyone is fake during the holidays. They pretend to be happy, expect everyone to be happy, as if it not normal to be happy during the rest of the year. I'm not just talking about my family. I'm talking about everyone. So, if you aren't around fake people being fake about a fake holiday right now, consider yourself lucky. Even if you are just around non fake people not being fake but celebrating a fake holiday, well...you're luckier than me.

now, please don't ask why; no one quite knows the reason. it could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight. or it could be that his head wasn't screwed on just right. but i think that the most likely reason of all... may have been that his heart was two sizes too small.
