the very same is happening on NA21. It was reported before Christmas and the reply I got was they would be replacing the items lost if it is confirmed as a bug within the game.

Time's past, I appreciate it's been Chistmas & New Year close down, but it would appear from the above posts that Evony know about the issue and whilst paying lip service to try and humour their customers, they aren't actually returning the lost items.

Remember, the items lost by the game bug can be equated in to real cash terms. By not replacing the lost items due to a known game failure, you would have a legitimate claim upon Evony LLP in the small claims court to recoup the losses incurred as a result.

Evony do though have a reasonable time frame to correct the loss on the players part, be it interms of credits within the game, cash back to the players or reinstatement of the lost items.
