Thread: Uses for Useless Items

    Default Uses for Useless Items

Having just won my 20th "Ritual of Pact" on the wheel today, it started me thinking of uses for useless items.

For instance, what can I do with 20 Ritual of Pacts?

Well, I imagine I could create 20 new alliances and host 100 alts each.

That's a lot of alts though, and since I play on a non-attack Age 2 server, sort of pointless, since I couldn't farm those alts anyway.

So, now I'm back to pondering uses for all these useless items...

Quarry Tools make a great truce timer, if someone goes truce, then it gives time in truce and cooldown period.

Advanced quarry tools is good for keeping watch on a beginner and when they come out of BP.

Best wishes to those who were in ICECOLD, MERC, HONOR on 131, SOLACE on 144, thePack2 on 158

I've used both of these quite ofter, as well as for advance tele cooldown. But i really do feel that evony should allow us to sell back useless items like the ritual of pacts for 1/2 price. They have no real purpose other than perhaps the first 2 days of a server. So I know myself and other would greatly appreciate this ability, so we could get something useful.

That's actually not a bad idea... except, you have to remember, the "average value of an item won on the wheel is worth 25 game coins", so the price for a 'Writ of Transmutation' would need to be, say, 20 game coins rather than 10.

Why would you even buy that?

    An ammy costs 5 cents.

An item to convert an item you already have is 20 cents, plus you lose that item.

Doesn't seem very logical to me.

Makes perfect sense if you are transmuting ritual of pacts or some other worthless item you'll never use.

So players are going to waste cents to get rid of items? That makes perfect sense indeed.

Thanks Morgan for the awesome signature and avatar!

I would be happy if they just let us get rid of them for free so my items would not be so cluttered with "junk".

since you're talking about useless things that clutter up your items
why is it that these won't go away?
especially since the offers have expired
