well said... seen this happen in another game before. they fixed what they thought was an inbalance issue and created a cycle of balance problems leading back to the original setting.
Unfortunately, due to how the game is played which is on a 24/7 around the world, it is necessary to have a delay in capping a city due to different time zone. You see, most game out there allows you to join a realm when you are ready or engage in battle when you are on, Evony is completely different. You are at risk 24/7.You don't want to wake up 3 hours later and discover that you now have 1 city from your original 10 just from 3 hour nap.
It seems now we must accept not being able to cap a city and just accept plundering it to the ground and move on to a better target.
That's easy... a bot user can simply set his attack to spam hit a player after plundering/ killing all their troops, until he eventually cap it... if you don't truce by then.
Yes, they can still do that now, but it would be much easier if they decide to reduce the loyalty drop delay.
They can even set spam attack on you to keep you up at night while they are sleeping and when they are ready to attack... you could be too tire to defend =).
Changing the loyalty drop would mean, truce, speech tect and holiday would be an option, with that change the coinners will benefit leaving the none coinners to use other means.. maybe a even better bot.
