Does Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme count as chocolate? Isn't it just a block of flavored vegetable fat?

I remember finding chocolate in Eastern Europe that was a bar of dark chocolate with crystallized pieces of pear in it. Totally divine.

All of the chocolate's above are all very tastey but if you think about it there really is not such think as a bad chocolate ROFL...unless

It's harder then a rock...don't taste like chocolate there for meaning it's or it feels looks or smells unlike chocolate there for meaning once again most likely not edible

if it smells fishy and it's not fish then it's not worth eating...and considering I don't really eat fish either I still would not eat it...maybe others would enjoy a fish stick dipped in chocolate...but just thinking about it makes me sick

Honestly, I am truly not much of a chocolate eater..
I like some candy bars at occassion, and oh my gosh, triple chocolate muffins are to die for. But I am done after I had one or two.
Gimme a chocolate bar and I''ll just have a small piece.
