    I completely understand where you're coming from, and I'm very sorry. We were told they would have this fixed much more quickly, so we didn't think it would have any significant downtime. It has been down for a week and I'm sorry its impacted you.

    We do expect them to fix the issue at any time, so you should get plenty of use out of your cards before the promotion period is over.

    Wow I have been using UGC for a while now, and now i log in and poof, gone. A simple mail for those that do not use credit cards on this game to say "We are having technical difficulties with UGC": that is the way a company should communicate with its customers that pay. So many things that evony does well but customer service is not one of them. Sitting on 6 game cards now and nothing to show for em. Guess runscape can use my money.

    Some people are just impatient.

    Things go wrong. It happens.

    There was a miscommunication on UGC's side as well, so don't go blaming Evony for all the problems.

    He said they are fixing the issue quickly.

    Yes things go wrong but, them knowing of something wrong and not informing its customers there is an issue is wrong. And last i checked telling the people that pay the bills that there is an issue is just common courtesy practiced by, i don't know maybe every business i have ever been part of or dealt with. Just saying.
