Japanese continue to deny things and still try to take territory from the Koreans and the Chinese (East Sea, thats the real name, not the Sea of Japan).

Japanese governments needs to be humble and apologize and try to reconcil with the Koreans and the Chinese.
How exactly are they going to accomplish that with no army nor navy? Please, explain.
