    Default To DawnSeeker or Thantium

    Id like an answer as to why Im being Ignored by Evony customer service, Ive filed several tickets about my city and hero Evony took from me.
    Ive been very patient and have now waited 58 of the 60 days you told me I had to wait.
    I cant get reply from customer service, Ive contacted Dawnseeker on here and been ignored so my only option has to been to post here.
    Evony has admitted that the problem was their end so why cant the account be restored?
    I cant seem to get a clear answer as to when or even if it will be restored.
    Ive spent time and a lot of money on this account and its useless without that hero..... Ive even had account in holiday while Ive been trying to resolve this matter.
    To make matters worse on the one ticket I'd filed they even sent me a link for a customer satisfaction survey,( talk about adding insult to injury), when I loaded link it told me it was not valid because my ticket was over 30 days old.
    Ive been trying now since the 19th of December to get some clear answer about what is happening and only replies Ive had are to be patient, now Im sorry but if this problem had been caused by me fair enough I would have let it drop but because it was caused by a "known issue" on Evonys part then I think some sort of reply is in order, or at very least furnish me with an email for your mother company so I can take the matter further.

    Don't update tickets. No one ever responds to you if you update tickets. File a new ticket, file several new tickets.. The trick tends to be keep mailing till they're fed up of you.

    They're slacking a lot in their customer service recently, unfortunately mainly just with issues from before Christmas. My friend filed a ticket requesting a cent move around the start/mid of December, they told him 30 days and when it got to 30 days they told him 7 days... it's now been about 2 months and still nothings been done to move his cents or no efforts been made to give him any updates on the situation.

    They say being polite is the key to success in tickets but in actual fact it gets you walked over.

    I requested my 1st cent transfer, After 90 days of mailing them and waiting I game up. 90 days.

    Its ridiculous isn't it.

    Hi Rosiemo,

    Firstly, thanks for being so patient! I'm not sure of the particulars of your issue, but CS will have a look today and respond back via your tickets, which if you could note here the ticket number, that would be appreciated.

    As for sending many tickets? That simply clogs the queu.

    Hi Thalin,
    there are currently 2 tickets on this subject the one that gets added my other tickets to and keeps getting closed and the one I filed a few days ago after the other was closed without any answers or progress and a customer satisfaction survey which Im sorry I completely lost it when I saw and then the link didnt even work.
    That one is #511383 and the one I filed few days ago and was ignored is #536921.
    Im sorry if my attitude seems hard but when you read tickets you will understand why my patience has worn thin, it feels like Ive just been dangling on a piece of string, I dont play any other servers so obviously this problem if not resolved will be the end of the Evony line for me.
    As stated Ive had account in holiday for a long while waiting for this to be sorted but really dont feel its worth spending anymore of my money on as the problem was not created by me.

    Hello,

    Please do not confuse getting an answer you do not like, with not getting an answer. I show that you have been responded to and asked to wait up to 90 days for us to look into this for you. Your second ticket stating it had been 56 days was closed as you had already been advised of the issue.

    I do thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have personally investigated this issue to make sure that your ticket had been handled correctly. I have some good news and bad news for you.

    First the good news, I got rid of your latency issues! Turns out playing on multiple accounts at the same time causes latency. As you have accessed over 100 accounts in the past 24 hours, I have taken the liberty of closing your spam/feeder accounts. This will fix your latency issues, as well as bring you in line with our rules.

    The bad news is, we do not provide account restoration to players that are in violation of the rules. Restoration is denied.

    Who knew that playing on a 100+ accounts would cause latency!? But thanks to Thalin you are now lag free!

    He brings a good point though, the TOS isn't an optional thing, it's the game rules. If you don't follow them, you run the risk of losing your account. Sadly, that happened here in a fairly public manner.
