Sorry King, but crossbreeding goats and humans will only end with confused and (possibly (it's hard to tell what goes on in a goat's mind)) upset goats and degenerate humans who mess with animals by choice. It's illegal because it's just nasty.
[Wikipedia] Pan, in Greek religion and mythology, is the god of the wild, shepherds and flocks, nature, of mountain wilds, hunting and rustic music, as well as the companion of the nymphs. His name originates within the Ancient Greek language, from the word paein, meaning "to pasture". With his homeland in rustic Arcadia, he is recognized as the god of fields, groves, and wooded glens; because of this, Pan is connected to fertility and the season of spring.[/Wikipedia]
As a God of nature and the fields, fertility and fecundity are symbolically important traits for such a God. The ancient Greeks had a whole pantheon of mythological creatures and Gods that were part human, part animal. Hopefully, none of them ever really existed, except for in the minds of men.
So no experimenting, boys and girls, leave the goats alone!

PEACE
yes true, nasty, and true, boys and girls leave the goats alone.
Aint nothing more irritating than watching an Evo troll pass by a flock of goats, and all the lil goatlings running up to the fence, hollering ...
"Daa aaa dee eee"
However, I did point out that it is unfortunate, and that is exactly what it is. I tried to find articles on google to back up what I am saying, but even the wordage is horrendous. The fact remains, that if a goatsherd is seen, commiting such acts, it is incumbent for law officials to annihilate the whole flock. They do this because of the atrocity which is contrary to nature, that could be born, is not born.
The secret in Dionysus' box, is none other than Pan's genitalia. Oath and libation offered there upon would renew the vigor of the participating worshipers and feastgoers. for further attestations, look into what Augustine says, about the scroll found in the pagan king's crypt, which the Roman Senate, after its discovery had ordered destroyed. A scroll which Augustine says, records the account of the origin of their gods.
Many a mystery surrounds the enigma of Pan and Dionysus, one being the circumstance of Pan's conception, and the riddle of the box.

~ Cats are North America’s most popular pets: there are 73 million cats compared to 63 million dogs. Over 30% of households in North America own a cat.
~ On average, cats spend 2/3 of every day sleeping. That means a nine-year-old cat has been awake for only three years of its life. *yaawwwwnnnn*
~ Cats make about 100 different sounds. Dogs make only about 10.
~ Unlike dogs, cats do not have a sweet tooth. Scientists believe this is due to a mutation in a key taste receptor. *Oh nooooz!! That cannot BE! Whatever would I DO w/out chocolate?!?*
~ The first cat in space was a French cat named Felicette (a.k.a. “Astrocat”) In 1963, France blasted the cat into outer space. Electrodes implanted in her brains sent neurological signals back to Earth. She survived the trip.
~ The technical term for a cat’s hairball is a 'bezoar'. *aaack!*

~ A cat’s back is extremely flexible because it has up to 53 loosely fitting vertebrae. Humans only have 34.
~ Cats hate the water because their fur does not insulate well when it’s wet. The Turkish Van, however, is one cat that likes swimming. Bred in central Asia, its coat has a unique texture that makes it water resistant.
~ When a family cat died in ancient Egypt, family members would mourn by shaving off their eyebrows. They also held elaborate funerals during which they drank wine and beat their breasts. The cat was embalmed with a sculpted wooden mask and the tiny mummy was placed in the family tomb or in a pet cemetery with tiny mummies of mice. *Well, I'll BE! Now I see why those boys in my class came to school w/ shaved eyebrows!!*
