So let me use the math to understand this. You attacked a village using 17.89% of the maximum un-boosted attack army(17,889/100,000=17.89%) to attack some one that was only using 6.67% of the maximum amount of fortifications (1.09% weren’t really used as only the lone Calvary died on the abatis so really 5.58%) and think that this is a good example of how to overcome defenses? This means you had the enemy outnumbered 3.21:1 of maximum possible (17.89/5.58=3.21). Why don’t you try this on someone who actually HAS defenses? Here’s a good example of a non noob village defenses being attacked by a SERIOUS attack.

I’m glad you’ve found out that you can beat up on noob players who don’t prepare for war. At least you’ve finally proved that you DO actually play the game, but also proved that you’re not good at it. Why is it that you always talk about doing the math, but never show any? Oh, that’s right. You can’t defend any point you make so you simply disregard all the evidence against you by claiming everyone is an un-intellectual monkey that can’t add.
