Think about this one people:
The Mods that are on this forum on only volunteer, not actually paid by the company and they have little or NO contact with the company of this game, they are mere players like you and I. Those two that I've seen that say they represent Evony, do nothing more than damage control. All this is turning out to be is a scam to grab as much cash as they can before people realize it and stop coming. As a newcomer, knowing nothing about the game, when you create your account for the first time you see how many servers and worlds? You think to yourself, "Hmm, this must be a great game if they have so many servers! It must be LOADED with people!" so you create one and log on. You pay money BEFORE you have any clue what's really going on. So, rather than putting money forth to fix lag issues, they rather rent more servers and make it look impressive from the outside to newcomers who are willing to pay loads of cash. Also by doing this, they don't need to hire more Devs or customer service staff to keep things running smoothly, why, because quite frankly they don't care about customer service. Have you ever seen a Dev answer ANY question but forth by a player, or better yet, yes, they might be busy, but have you ever seen this "customer service liaison" Dawnseeker say little more than "The Devs have been notified and are working on it?" I think NOT! How about giving us details EXACTLY on what they're doing? Especially when some of us are paying to play this game?
Oh, that's right, because they're not and don't care.
But wait, it's a mere matter of time before a volunteer Mod comes in here on a power trip and tells me I'm not following the rules by posting this in here either banning me or giving me an infraction rather than addressing the problem or agreeing.
Give volunteers a title, they go on a power trip and fear of losing it, so they silence us so the cash grabbing people that run this game don't have to pay REAL customer service reps to address the problem.
That way problem solved for them.
Silence rather than addressing, it's the Evony motto.
