As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service for my money, yet I can't even log into the server to play the game. I have spent about $200 on s160 and the lag has gotten to the point I can't even play the game.
Yes I am frustrated.
It is NOT my internet connection. It is NOT third party software. It is NOT my cookies or my browser.
As a software developer myself, I understand latency issues can be difficult to find, but not impossible. Run a trace on your database to find the queries that need to be optimized. Look into your network for possible network "chatter".
Whatever it takes, resolve the issue and quit pawning the problem off on your customers.
