I've already posted in this thread the circumstances under which it will be closed. We don't need doom laden predictions. It's clear what will happen in this thread to make me close it, so avoid doing that and it stays open. The ball is in your court.



So it sounds to be that (1) they are aware there is an issue, and (2) they are working on it. So what's the purpose of this thread? Just to rage about it?
You seem to lack the knowledge of true customer service.... so does evony as a whole so i don't blame ya. We are your customers, WE pay YOU. When dealing with a customer complaint you greet them with a compliment or gratitude. You assess the problem and provide them with steps (if possible) that you will be taking to fix this problem. You then end with some sort of compensation (if the situation calls for it) and/or reassurance of a follow-up in the nearby future. Customer service 101, not hard, its fast and effective. You DO NOT put blame on your customer or discourage them to make further comments on your product/service.... Plenty of do nots to list, I've only ever recieved 1 good reply from an evony representative that followed the above steps....
