I see these numbers a lot related to networking and IP addresses:

255.255.255.250 and sometimes it will have a number after the 250 that is 2 digits like the .60

The numbers are all said individually except the last one

    zero
    eight five
    one six four
    two five five
    two five five
    two five five
    two five zero
    six zero
    five zero

    THEN

eighteen ninety six ...instead of one eight nine six

Is the last one a total or a date or a something (technical description that lol)?

    I'm thinking 1896 is a date.
