Popov (Russian) demonstrated Radio in 1896!!!

In March 1896, he effected transmission of radio waves between different campus buildings in St. Petersburg.
Maybe this is along the right lines given the video showed a wave that I figured was something on the lines of radio or speech pattern/sounds

Krazy...taking your thoughts...and hoping I'm not on another wild goose chase...

    I found this:

Leonardo DaVinci - (1500) discovered that sound travels in waves

Leonardo and the Russians SEEM to keep popping up.

A stab in the dark - communication, the ability to talk to someone (across space? to another world?) at the right frequency.

The numbers as colours seems a good one and yet Thalin has posted since with no comment. So if they are colours and it is the Russian Flag / French Flag how does that tie in?

What else could the numbers stand for?

1896 - Samuel Pierpont Langley attempted to make a working piloted heavier-than-air aircraft.
Langley is also a very important pioneer of flight and research into aerodynamics. Until his investigations, research on flight had been restricted to amateurs, with the possible exception of Leonardo da Vinci. Langley was the first person to explore aerodynamics employing the rigorous scientific method.
His first success came on May 6, 1896 when his Number 5 unpiloted model flew nearly 3/4 of a mile after a catapult launch from a boat on the Potomac River.

A keen astrologist he not only made a telescope but he became a professor at Allegheny Observatory and measured the radiant energy of the sun and moon and other stars resulting in the international unit of 'the langley', He also founded the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory.

the way im thinking is, of course evony are gonna throw in some hooks over and over and hope people get caught up on them to miss the actual meaning,

to me, it sounds like the Russians and Leonardo are their hook, could have absolutely nothing to do with them, but hey, its all guess work xD

im tending to lean towards the suggestion earlier, that it has to do with ip addressing but i dunno, ive tried to think of less obvious link,

and all i can think of is"some guys sitting in his office laughing his azz off at the utter mess he`s caused with these clues"
    lol

OK, I think were going the wrong direction again. I know the French and Russian flags have the same colors, but the RGB code was in order of the French flag...not the order of the Russian flag colors....so I think that both being closely related as allies is a key of sorts...from clue #1, but with the colors being French flag order...we need to go back there and do some more looking as well.

I'm sure it's all related in clue 1, 2, 3 as we have to solve them all to figure this out...but just for kicks...I'm gonna go back and look at France some more and 1896.

Facing the Flag or For the Flag (French: Face au drapeau) is an 1896 patriotic novel by Jules Verne. The book is part of the Voyages Extraordinaires (The Extraordinary Voyages) series.

Like The Begum's Millions, which Verne published in 1879, it has the theme of France and the entire world threatened by a super-weapon (what would now be called a weapon of mass destruction) with the threat finally overcome through the force of French patriotism.
