    We know there are latency issues at peak times on a few servers and we're definitely working to improve our infrastructure and crack down on the bots that cause the lag. I'm sorry if someone gave you the impression that we don't think there's any latency problems. We definitely know about it and we're working on it.

    been hearing about mid sized guys getting hit by evony (temp ban) but not the mega botters wtf is up with that

    We had a mid size player get banned from his account - he responded to the email and got his SS56 account restored immediately. But he is still banned from his SS60 account (on the same email address). The response from Evony was that he could not have multiple servers on the same email. When did that change take place? I thought that only applied if they were merging the servers?

    there are rules somewhere which state one acct per server... so i think that the mail sent from evony employee was very very incorrect... but i see they still havent replied. im aware of a few friends who play ss60 too... and have bans, yet ss56 are back... seems one hand dunno what other is doing...or the rules of the house!

    See OUR reasoning is, if this wasn't intentional (the lag I mean) you'd have given us some sort of response and/or something to make up for it. But wait it's the bots you say..right? How did they magically get a million times worse all of a sudden? Obviously not due to captcha or you would've turned it back on as soon as this happened. -slow clap- keep up the good work!

    LOL sorry for the impression u say when your own worker blatantly says there is no known issues to him so does that mean he don't know anything like most of the evony staff

    Note to evony hire people who know how to do the job not just deal out BS to your memebers

    The list of insults at how bad they run there company could go on forever....But i agree they do need new workers all around as there all terrible at there job this is not an opinion this is fact. Want it proved devs make a poll and ask away !

    ANY UPDATE EVONY ON THE DAILY HORRIBLE LAG ON SS56 AND DONT SAY CAPCHA IT DONT HELP PLZ RID US OF THIS LAG WE CANT PLAY THE GAME ITS SO BAD HAVE TRIED OTHER SERVERS WITH NO LAG ISSUES JUST SS56 SS56 SS56 IF U STILL CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO HELPED EVONY GET STARTED FIX THIS................................

    you should be sued for using that font size and coloring. please dont ever use it again.

    for the rest of you, repeatedly complaining on a thread is not going to do anything. Try being civilized and sending PM's, or finding different ways for asking about lag problems. also, be honest with yourselves, you know it is a serious problem and it is unlikely to get fixed, so you should consider things from that standpoint as well. if it was that simple to fix, im sure it would have been fixed by now...
