This is getting ridiculous! I can't play for 15 minutes on Server 161 without getting a frozen screen (spinning clock) and when I refresh my browser, I cannot log back on to server 161. I have:
- created a tech services ticket under Contact Us
- followed the suggested actions including clearing cache and browser history, trying a different browser (I use Firefox or IE) and recently adjusting my flashplayer settings.
None of this has worked. I can get onto Server 151 without a problem. The problem is not something I am doing or my browser settings. It is the Server 161 and I am not getting through to you people. Get rid of the bots if that is what is holding things up. But whatever it is DO SOMETHING! I have worked as an IT professional for years and I cannot imagine providing this poor level of service to a user or customer.
