Taking out the Speech Text was a Great improvement. Its almost impossible to cap a players HC when they can rely on having loads of new speech text stockpiled.
It was a good move.

Ammies? Not so much. On all the servers ive ever played, the most Ive ever gotten was 1 1000c, 3 300c and a handful of the 10c wins.
I think everyone will agree that out of 100 spins, you normally get %99 useless stuff, and every week or so you would get something you could use.
If you were worried about people getting good stuff off the spins, you could always nerf the drop rate of the items you saw as "Flooding the environment"
If you stopped the ammies due to someone exploiting a glitch, then you can find a working solution other than just removing them.
Ammies were the ONE thing that kept small coiners active, in the hopes of getting something useful, with out spending there rent money, and still being able to compete.
By removing this one factor, you have discouraged the thousands of smaller players from even trying to compete. I used to get about 50+ gift packages from my friends, that coined about once a month. Now I see about 1-2 packages a week. I'm sure that anyone looking can see that losing 1000 small coiners is a BIG loss. I just don't see how you can ignore a loss of this magnitude. Give the small coiners back there spins, and fix the issues that let other players abuse the ammies.

If you owned a corner store, and you found that someone was stealing drinks, would you just Stop selling drinks all together? If you have a cut on your finger, are you going to amputate the arm? I just don't see how punishing your loyal "Small" coining clients helps your company at all. If you see someone getting 100 new Ammies in a day, ban them. its not that hard to do.

That being said, we all understand that Evony is a "Pay-to-Win" game. but if your trying to force everyone to have to spend $660 to compete, then you will have very few players spending money. Is ti better to have 1000 players spending $30 a month, or 20 spending $600 once? Please don't let your corporate greed be so transparent, while giving us a line like "We are improving your overall game experience". I can tell that this is not rain falling on my back.
