What is going on?

I'm new to the forum, have a few posts.
I went to click on the introduction thread to say Hello, but it won't load when I'm logged in, works fine when I'm not logged in.

It doesn't show the threads I've posted on in my "UserCP".

I don't know how to post a reply to a message left on my page, or anyone else's page.

Please help, I'm confused.

First of all, welcome to the forum

I'm not sure why this is happening... so can't really comment. Maybe someone else will know.

It'll only show posts that have been +rep'd in your UserCP. If you want to see all your posts, go to your profile page --> Statistics --> Find All Posts.

You can do this one of two ways. First, you can just go to their page and post your response there. Or you can click the 'View Conversation' button on their message and post there. I recommend the latter because then you can view each subsequent reply in the convo.
