Teamwork in capping 10s early on will save on build time as well

Everyone in the team has to trust each other, there has to be high levels of cohesiveness, right now there appears to be little of that on the new servers.

    I agree.
The problem I encounter with some players were pride.
Some good both new and oldtymers have trouble accepting offers of help, because they can do it them selves.
Time has changes where any advances that comes your way should be taken, because you can rest assure the player near you will very likely accept it.

In WAR, one must decide their faith, or others will decide yours.

The critical issue is time. That is how the big numbers come in early. People who have a team and a plan are focusing on 10s early, but also stepping say 5 then 7 then 10 is not such a bad plan either.

The biggest issue is all about me. The ability to function as a team, regarding the complete whole as the main game and not focusing on the inside screen town is how some alliances go to the top and stay there.

Best wishes to those who were in ICECOLD, MERC, HONOR on 131, SOLACE on 144, thePack2 on 158
