Log in using IE, post your HNM, then switch back to chrome. It works. I got my HNM posted this morning by doing that. The screen goes all blue and freezes still, but AFTER you post and not before. Good luck. I know how it sux to see all that negative food production.

    Flash Problems in Latest Chrome
Chrome's latest version has introduced several bugs and compatibility issues. We're working to bypass them and hopefully Google is working to fix them. In the meantime, if you are getting any weird Flash problems in Chrome, you may need to either disable Chrome's Flash Plugin, or try another browser.

    Example Problems

Flash freezes or locks up when trying to perform certain actions or feeds in game
The game interface flickers, jitters or moves unexpectedly when playing normally

If you are having those problems, or similar problems, try either of the following:
Switch to a different browser. Firefox is not experiencing these problems.
Disable the Chrome Flash plugin (may require installing the latest Flash)

    Default Yeah so...

if you do go onto the chrome forums, the snotty staff tell you that the recent cosmetic links have NOTHING to do with problems with browser functionality. They have no idea what I am talking about and have no clue what evony even is. So... I don't know what the answer is.

don't feel like screwing around with the plugins right now, not knowing exactly what that does and what other effects it could have on my internet experience

wtg Gamble! Great work and thanks.
I have to say after one good experience with tech support then next guy who took over was less then helpful. When I asked about something for all players to help offset what happened I got we do not reimburse free items.
Yes hnm is free but it was part of the selling point of age2. Facebook buffs were part f why many people came over from age1.
As for is Evony to blame. Yes. For over 2 1/2 years I've been using chrome. It isn't my job to be checking if Evony works with the two most used browsers. Firefox is at 37.1% and Chrome at 35.3% according to w3 schools stats. Wikipedia stats for June (latest) are 27.06% Chrome, 24.42% IE and 19.69 Fire Fox. That's 46.75% of the people on wiki and 72.4% of people according to w3 schools. If there is a problem it is up to Evony to let its players know. This went on for 3 days before players corrected it.
To say that its not up to them to address the problems this has created is ridiculous. It would be like a car company's computer causing extra fuel to burn and when the customers figure it out the company saying well you guys fix it and don't come to us for a rebate....

Anyone else having terrible lag to go with the inability to post using chrome?

Going with other browsers is out the question unfortunately or I would load up firefox and be done with it.

As for disabling chrome's plug in. How do you get to the "about" area. Some of us no nothing about computers and those directions seem to be starting in the middle of the process.

Dawnseeker firefox is having the problem as well but has been for a long time. One of our alliance members just told me she has had the hnm lock up for awhile and has just given up on it.
