Sure, a few weeks ago I took out a 30m troop city that was in CD with 150k bally and 3m arch which is nothing on a 2+ year server.

It really depends on the age of the server. CD's become less and less effective the older the server gets so it's hard to quantify accurately which is why I didn't state numbers. You need to be expensive for the maturity of the server is the best way I can state that I guess.

In Age II, I don't think there is a way to properly maintain a CD even if online. Once your towers are gone, you are screwed because of the split damage and the hero cap.
