When we consider that this thread is directed at a certain few people who post pictures of ponies on threads, we come to realize that the legal argument has no basis.
Also, it's almost virtually impossible to police the Internet, considering that it's WORLDWIDE, and not limited to one country.
What does that mean you ask? It means that not all countries have the same laws. If I lived in my own country and I decided to libel somebody in America, one wouldn't be able to legitimately press charges against me if my country had no laws against it and there was no extradition policy with America.
