Amazing I honestly don't believe something like that would hold up as a charge in most courts.

I think the point (hey, I could be wrong) is to take what you say and do seriously. There is a point when it's no longer funny, and I have seen (yes even on these forums) the line get crossed and people actually fear for their safety.

An example here shows that even if YOU don't take it seriously, other people can. I personally believe this is informative and should be a reminder to people to watch what you say/do to others.

But no, having fun and "blowing up" the King's Bar in a fit of general randomness on an (essentially) RP thread is not what I would consider serious.

    Compliments of the wonderful Warsimi!

Thanks for quoting me AA and showing up my lousy spelling

Anyway, the point I was trying to make is about context and evidence. When it comes to defending yourself against a charge related to online activity, the individual may not have access to the same material (as the spy network will have) any more to defend themselves on the basis of being taken out of context. This is a dodgy area in this regard. I can't even remember what I might have posted 2 years ago but some of the phrases I used, taken out of context, could look like I was inciting violence or plotting acts of violence or even perpetrating acts of violence when presented in a kangaroo court. If those same posts have been deleted (but still stored by my ISP provider for guvmint use), it would make it impossible for me to prepare a decent legal defence.

    Ecuador is still looking good.
    PEACE
