Not sure about your server, but on the server I play on it is fairly routine for players to port around and attack targets. Thus, the "hunting ground" claim doesn't apply, unless you want to claim the entire server is the "hunting ground".

Generally speaking, yes, I agree. However, newer players do not understand this, and Evony is fairly quick on getting you promoted so you have more than a single city when you're starting out. It's unlikely those players will cap a flat 40+ miles away from their existing city to build their new city on.

Besides, once again, simply because you decide to play the game a certain way doesn't mean your ideas on how it should be played are applicable to everyone.

Someone who is logging in regularly and gets zeroed should not be relocated. Period.

The intent of this change was to allow people to cap truly inactive players who have long since left the game, and small-prestige flat-filler accounts.
