    It all comes down to luck with your recall anyway, and if you are able to buffer your losses for first round, you will take losses with what I sent and can't rely on luck every time plus attacker will make adjustments.

    This may be offtopic a little, but like I've said once you are wiped you're done; nothing you can do but speech or hide. And if I send enough transports to wipe you clean, so much for the fight. Then comes the nonstop spam even if you are online... fun fun.

    1000 attack, 200 intel for all heros. Full Level 10 techs for the attacker. Warhorn, corselet, penecillin active for both. No heal between waves. Age I rules.

    Considering most people don't send 1000 attack heros on scout bombs, Id say in a more realistic situation, the results would be much more favorable for the defender. Even moreso, if Age II rules were in effect instead of Age I.

    Edit: I forget what intell maximizes the defense for most Age I troops, and I didn't really care to look it up, which is why I used 200 intel.
