Let me get this straght !!

A player, proberbly a paying customer ask a question, and the companies representative on the forums answer:
"Was there a big change that didn't make it to you?"

The same representative later states:
"Yeah, I wasn't aware that the patch went live this morning. Sorry. We'll get notes up soon."

So evony fails to inform their own Community Manager about changes, and we players wonder why we are never told????
