i think i may be able to help here

when a man and a woman are very much in love and they have a special bond they hold each other in a special way and wish for a baby (or not)

if they've been especially good (or not) they are blessed with a zygote that is implanted in the woman's nether bits in a way that only Einstein or Christy Brown can correctly describe....

after a number of months (dependant on the story they've told their parents or need to do so) a bump will appear on the mummy's belly and after a while later the stork will come along with a baby (wrapped in a nappy) and deliver it to the screaming mummy after the stork has picked the bump out of the mummy's belly in the hospital
