    Default mechD questions

    This will be my mechD set up for a lvl 14 HC.we are prone to large port partys of 15 sets

    Troops:
    12,000,000 scout
    200,000 ballistae
    70,000 catapult

    Wall defenses:
    5,000 trap
    5,000 abatis

    Hero:
    650 attack
    60 intel
    225 leadership

    14 set defending

    My questions are:
    Will this defend against all waves with no/little loss?
    Should i add 1,000,000 archers when offline to soak up dirty scoutbombs?

    i'd love to find a 14 with a defense like that. if you were offline your alliance would not even know you were under attack until your city was being loy spammed. that defense i could break easy.

    it will defend against all waves... except dirty scoutbombs as you call them. however youd be a fool to leave this even including the 1 mil archers in an offline city.

    why because it can be broken extremely easily and at very high cost to you. mech defence is an online defence and online defence only.

    There is no offline defense, everything can be broken easily if someone leaves gates open and is offline.

    Melri, your noob factor is high again, and yes i have. A 50/50 pult ball wave with a 700+ attack hero kills the walls and also a chunk of archers. If someone is offline you can fill the feasting hall and don't risk losing heroes and send 1k attack heroes with huge mech waves still killing over a million archers per wave, yes it will be quick, bit expensive but quick.

    There is not offline defense that will hold long against an attacker (who knows the game better then melri) unless it has billions upon billions of burn. The the factor time is swifted towards the attacker having enough troops to kill it.

    Against a 15 set hh set for int your going to kill maybe 150-250k archers on a 50/50 wave. You'd only get a mill vs a brooken set. Hitting a 15 set int actually costs more troops then the defender losses even after the wounded is factored in even if you get archers on every hit a arch tradefire wil get you like 15-20k arch. Any city with loads of troops should have an hh set for int on defense whenever possible. a 12 set int beats a straight 15 set.

    it would cost you a near 2k atk hero to kill 1m arch in an intel CD apparantly you dont kno the game as well as you think + bots fire heroes so no guaruntee of filling the fh vs an "offline" opponent
