    Default mechD questions

    This will be my mechD set up for a lvl 14 HC.we are prone to large port partys of 15 sets

    Troops:
    12,000,000 scout
    200,000 ballistae
    70,000 catapult

    Wall defenses:
    5,000 trap
    5,000 abatis

    Hero:
    650 attack
    60 intel
    225 leadership

    14 set defending

    My questions are:
    Will this defend against all waves with no/little loss?
    Should i add 1,000,000 archers when offline to soak up dirty scoutbombs?

    i'd love to find a 14 with a defense like that. if you were offline your alliance would not even know you were under attack until your city was being loy spammed. that defense i could break easy.

    it will defend against all waves... except dirty scoutbombs as you call them. however youd be a fool to leave this even including the 1 mil archers in an offline city.

    why because it can be broken extremely easily and at very high cost to you. mech defence is an online defence and online defence only.

    There is no offline defense, everything can be broken easily if someone leaves gates open and is offline.

Yes, he sent a low hero, even if he was sending a decently sized mech hero, it would still take him a while to wipe the arch (With a defending intel). These were reps done a little while ago, I have about 39mil arch now. Do you see my point?

    However, that's Age 1. I am not familiar with Age 2.

    idk about age2 defense but for age1 id say add some rams to eat your dirty sbs as many as possible theyll last longer than arch

    correct, your offline defence's purpose is simply a delaying action, where the defence should be as costly as possible for the enemy and slow to break
