    Dave, I'm afraid your statements are contradictory and therefore illogical.

    If it never happened, we couldn't have enjoyed it.
    If we enjoyed it, it must have happened.

    Take your pick, but don't roll back 2,5 weeks and then still claim we enjoyed the last promotion. We didn't. As you say: it never happened in SS48 data.

    So give the coiners what they paid for, or return the cash with your sincerest apologies for not providing the promised goods.

    Tickets will be filled out for those not receiving what they have paid for. I agree that some on this thread are making unreasonable requests however everyone is frustrated with the 2.5 weeks of work never having taken place. The compensation package is one of the better packages given, however, the impact to the players on this server is also greater than other issues that have arisen in the past.

    I have not mentioned the Halloween treat bags as I agree that these were a free item (even though they were introduced as an incentive to play more, spend more time on the game during a certain period and generate interest). I have stated previously that I though this was a very good idea and one of Evony's best promotions. Although these were free, the items gained from this promotion where probably the best Evony has ever offered. Cents, teleports, amulets, haunted castles all useful items to the everyday player. During this promotion hundreds of cents, teleports, amulets and haunted castles were won and claimed. The injustice lies in items that we had earned(even though it was a free promotion) and where taken away.

    While I understand the nature of what has occurred, and I understand the limitations in place with the Evony development team to rectify the situation, I do think a solution is possible. Offer this promotion again to our server, the code has already been written, just would required some tweaking of dates and other fixes to make it work again during a different time period. But I list this as a nice to have and good customer service, not a requirement. It would go a long way in showing that the players and our enjoyment actually mean something other than just "potential income".

    My only requirement is that the people received what they have paid for, or they get their money back. If they then choose to purchase another package (without all of the incentives from evoween) then that is their conscious choice, and not Evony misrepresenting an offer. And I stress that the option to purchase a non promotional package should be the paying customers choice, and not Evony's.

    Ug, I get things happen I don't expect you guys to fix anything that simply can't be fixed

    the treat bags were a free gift from evony, loosing them stinks, but as stated there is no way to know who had what.

    none of the vestas that were sent to friends we redelivered, meaning only half of the vestas promised from the packages, we actually delivered. Again I assume this is because you can't tell who they were supposed to be delivered to.

    The autumns harvest items got nixed because you have no idea how many cents we spent in that time period given, got it.

    I don't like any of that, but I can understand it. But refusing to return the 5 days of free food, to me is plain rotten, we all know you are capable of giving it to us, and for some reason are simply refusing.

    You have effectively turned our little evony worlds into the twilight zone, people that were in holiday are out people that weren't are in, heroes that we captured have returned to their owners, cities that were built are gone, cities that were captured are back, resources that were saved are gone, troops that were built do not exist yet, hero exp has vanished.... the list goes on.. I know this is all pretty obvious, but I would like you to think about what it is actually like as a player and customer.

    Why are you outright refusing to return the free food we all paid for?
    that is all I really want to know. You can't tell me you can't fix that, you just wont. WHY??!

    part of the package was free food to alliance members and always has been. boycott the the server and let the chips fall where they may. give a fail deal of suffer the the fall out. we pay for you, treat us right.

    Here's another alternate fix .... roll back the data on ALL SERVERS 2.5 weeks and screw all your customers evenly. Then perhaps the trollers from other servers who post their "wisdom" in this thread will appreciate what we lost a little better.

    2. Due to the data loss the data does not exist on the server, so data based on treat turn ins or cents spent for rebating, simply doesn't exist. It's not there, and there is no way to synthesize it.

    While I understand that people want to "weigh in" on the situation, it's not necessary for this to be a troll fest, in particular, there is no call for another player to get trolled simply because they aren't upset over the situation. For the players of ss48 it was an unfortunate occurrence, and the first time a data loss like this has occurred in Evony to my knowledge.

    Players who made purchases during the promotion will be receiving the Baba Yaga's package, key, etc as normal. The candy corn, free food item expired already, and therefore will not be included. We've also given a gift of a generous compensation package that included a Baba Yaga's package and a Haunted Castle.

    I realize people are upset they lost time, if it were me, I would be upset as well. We're doing what we can to make the situation better. We gave some gifts that we thought people would like, and we're going to be making sure people who bought packages will get the cents they paid for and the item packs that were advertised.

    Thanks. If you still haven't gotten all the cents you purchased, please file a CS ticket, so we can be sure that your issue is investigated and resolved.

    Additionally - I'm closing this thread to make sure that my post isn't lost in the scrum.
