    I agree.. Happened to me once, and it sucked. You guys deserve every bit of the package you guys got.

    (I think the package we got was somin like 20 cents 5 ammies and a bunch of production stuff, so you guys got lucky. This was on 131 and they rolled it back a week or so.)

    I would like to have the "Halloween Treats" to be redone for same time it ran. I won about 100 cents total. and about 15 porters. I was excited about that. These compensations packs things is nice to take care of the loss of time and all the work done to raise hero's and build troops ect. But I feel a little ripped off losing the Cents, Porters, and Beginner Guides. Seems to me to be fair to us, that have spent a LOT of Cash over the years, and paid the livings of the folks making these decisions. to simply just run that over. It's possible THAT is what corrupted the server. if so re-do it back up the server and if there is any problems at the end well it's backed up. YES EVONY I just checked I have spent over a Grand on this game in the 3+ years of playing. Just give us a Halloween do over........ Simple. w/ a free food buff for like a week. I think about all the Cash I saw spent in that time that the results of are all gone now. That is somewhat a form of theft even if not intentional.

    We can tell that feature was popular, which is great news. We'll have it again.

    It's unfortunate you were impacted by the lost data, I'm sorry for that. One of the reasons we provided the gift that we did was because we realized that people were impacted, and would have lost anything they gained with that feature. Since the data simply doesn't exist anymore it wouldn't be possible to replace what players lost, which is definitely what I would prefer, but it's not possible, sadly.

    Can someone please explain what happened to all the hours upon hours of production, corselets and horns that we had 2.5 weeks ago? Also, what happened to the excalibers and wealth of nations that were on our heros 2.5 weeks ago? When we were rolled back 2.5 weeks we didn't just lose our time, but those of us that spend money on this game lost our money. My package had just gone through on the 5th. Not only do you have MY money, but you have my coins and this package isn't anything to compensate for the coins that I actually bought so I could place my account on holiday. You say that we benefited from the 2.5 weeks of fun and we need to deal with it and be happy with what Evony had graciously bestowed upon us but I am highly upset.

    File a CS claim, what a joke! That isn't working either. How do I get my money back?? At this point, should I contact my credit card company and charge you?? I will be contacting PayPal and working this out with them. (you are very happy to take our money but offended because we are upset) I get the fact that you did everything possible to save what you could and we want it all back and it isn't possible but you have an accounting department that charges us every month (for those of us set up automatically) so figure it out and give the coins back.

    At this point, I have lost too many troops, won and converted cities, heros and not to mention all the ports, rss and patientce I have for this game....give me my coins back so I can holiday my account and decide if I choose to waste (oh sorry) have fun with this game anymore....

    Everyone agrees it's not fair. Sadly since the data is gone forever and cannot be returned and this has had a massive impact on everyone on ss48. I don't think there's one person on either side that ever wanted anything like this to happen.

    Whereas we all agree that it's both unfair and tragic, the promotion can't be rerun for just one server. It was only coded in for the time period set, therefore there isn't any chance for players to 'get back what was lost'. The Treat Bags were a free item anyway.

    I believe everyone got a free key and a Baba Yaga chest whether they spent coin or not. I understand currently the CS system has suffered from an outage, so anyone who is still currently short changed on purchased game cents understandably boiling with anger. However, accusing Evony of stealing is pretty low, especially when they're trying to refund y'all. Speed isn't something Evony is particularly good at, so be patient.

    Regarding chargebacks and the like. I sympathize with y'all on this but in all honesty I've heard it all before and so has Evony. If everyone who's threatened a chargeback has done so then logically they'll be bankrupt, but strangely they're not....

    They received a Baba Yaga package...however none of the Baba Yaga chests that everyone who purchased coin should have received, and sent to their friends are in items.

    None of the existing chests have the same rewards and as many people coined simply because those chests had the highest chance rewarding them with angel/devil items they're feeling cheeted. At the very least everyone who spent coin during the missing time should have one of those chests to open.

    It's not just those who have purchased cents that need to get some customer service response. Any player who was in holiday at the time we were reset to has been over.

    If they were in holiday with a specified end date between then and the 7th evony calculated food consumption from when they were due to come out of holiday, and when they logged back in after server outage most of them were in refuge with no food - players from Europe were particularly hard hit by this as server came up too late for them to log in and play so they had several hours of refuge.

    If they were in holiday without a fixed end date, they have been charged for 17 days of holiday regardless of whether they came out and played during that time.

    Evony's response to such players so far has been to link to Dawnseeker's post about the rollback...believe me, we're all aware of what happened, we want some resolution!

    Any production or hero buffs that were applied at the time we were rolled back to, such as excal, vesta, WoN, have been deleted - even if they were stacked for thousands of hours- and those have not been replaced in our items.

    Vestas that were sent to friends have not been delivered, even when the person buying has received their coin and vesta.

    Most of the people posting in here aren't complaining so much about the loss of the free stuff, and the loss of the time and effort - all of that can be got back with a little effort and luck - though it does suck badly for the people who won coins, went into holiday and have now been rolled back to a time they have no cents, and are now away enjoying their first break from the game in 3 years.

    The biggest thing that is really upsetting people is the loss of free food - which is something that our friends bought for us, and has now been 'lost in the post'. I know it's possible to set a server up for no food consumption for a period of time (I believe it was ss60 that had that for a time when it was having issues?).

    Simply put those who bought packages have only received half of what we paid for. (no free food, no baba yaga chest, no % rebate on the coins we purchased)

    I accept it wasn't evony's fault, and I truly do believe they are trying to help us as best they can, but ultimately WE DID NOT GET EVERYTHING WE PAID FOR. And if, as evony says, they are unable to provide that we should get a full refund.

    Most of the people threatening to chargeback fall into this category.

    You pay for the chest and key. The free food is in fact a bonus buff. Doesn't matter if you brought the offer so that you could give all your alli friends 24hrs no upkeep because it's free. It doesn't make it any nicer but that's how it is.

    I'm presuming everyone that was in holiday at the time of the fallout has filled in a CS ticket (or at least when the CS system is working) informing when they entered holiday and how long for, same goes for paid items such as excali/horns. Horns will be tricky since they can be won on the wheel of despair, I'll agree. If you lost out on coins then once again fill out a CS ticket. I know I bang on about it like some kind madzealot but trust me you can post your displeasure all you like on these forums, until the people that have been affected by these unfortunate events do exactly that, nothing will be done to help them.

    Careful with the chargebacks though, accounts can be closed for doing that.

    While I don't play on that server or even age1 for that matter it seems simple enough to me that when this was done the server should have had AT LEAST 3 days of 0 food and server wide truce while players got there accounts sorted. A week would seem more more sensible. As for the items lost? These were purchased in good faith and the loss of them is not only unacceptable but dare I say Evony will be in some real hot water if its not resolved(full refunds and or all items restored). If this is not resolved I expect coining will drop dramatically due to a lack of confidence.
