Thread: Haunted Castles

    Not only are we being "haunted" by Evony's seeming lack of ability to manage backing up their servers daily. Now we are being robbed as well. I am still down 300 plus coin that was bought and paid for prior to any Haloween event and still cannot submit a CS message as that system is down as well. Not even sure why I am here wasting my time trying to make sense of this senseless game anymore. Evony, I think you have stolen my time, money and loyalty for the last time. It is one thing to make a mistake but this is outright theft and I think I will just chargeback all of my purchases for the last 2.5 weeks and wash my hands of this whole sorry affair. Good Luck to the rest of you. You'll need it.

    PS - For those with whom I have lived and breathed Evony for the past three plus years, it has been a blast. I wish you all sucess and happiness in any other realm besides this blasted game. Salute!

    This is causing so many problems and it looks like you are going to have a dead server. I guess if we all just get our money back and walk away it will be no big thing since you just opened a NEW AGE 1 Server on 11/1/2012!

    Unbelievable!

    3 + years apparently means nothing to the customer service rating V, they don't care! KARN leaving UGH...Evony you have outdone yourself. You will lose most of the top alliances and then see where ss48 is...

    What if the top alliances are only made up of 50 players + all their alts..
    Not that much of a loss dontcha think?

    Work with Evony, not against Evony.
    Nobody wanted what happened. You nor them.
    Both sides lost a lot on this unfortunate event.
    Progress can be made when you stop whining and blaming, and start on helping and rebuilding

    Actually She's right, we have already had mutliple people quit, some doing chargebacks then quitting over this. I myself just got back into game about 3.5 weeks ago after a year away and lost 80% of my troops. I haven't decided if I'll just quit or not but I will tell you if my friends who have played almost 4 years on this game go so will I. Evony is going to lose a alot of revenue off SS48 as most players there are coiners. But they don't seem to care so Oh well.
    Oh and your comment about working with Evony is joke right? Their customer service has always been garbage, sad thing is it actually used to be worse if that can be believed. There is no working with them.

    How do you suggest we work with them? The help desk is down so we can't send it tickets.

    I don't blame Evony for what happened, I blame them for claiming that we already received our free food when they have taken away all the extra that we stockpiled and refuse to give us a chance to get it back.

    I accept the fact that all the combat/troop killing and res I took from other players never happened why can't Evony admit that we never got the free food?

    Props to Evony for getting the haunted castle situation fixed. I honestly didn't think they had it in them. I was wrong.

    Losing someone like Karnage who I have known since 1fear on s51 hurts, but I honestly think he was on his way out for the last several months and this was just the last straw.

    I hate to see you go out like this Karnage. But I'm pretty sure I have your Facebook somewhere so I will keep in touch...

    Agreed, Karnage has been a good friend and loyal Evony player. Very sad to see him go. I love how all the posts I make have the threads closed. I am being very unreasonable in asking that Evony provide everything offered in the promotion to those that bought packages (including free food for friends for 5 days) or refund their money.

    Karnage yes i feel your pain and angst, it so hard sometimes to jsut walk away from all the friends you have made.. I hope you decide to stay
