    Default SS48 will you give us a more fair compensation?

    This is all i ask for.
    keep in mind that this will decide if i will keep playing on 3 servers and decide if i will keep paying your wages.
    Can you answer this question,dave,dawn or thalin?
    And dont pretened that you dont know what im talking about!!!

    Yet another point to the admins:
    My alliance chat havent been so quiet since..well it have never been this quiet.
    This must mean something..plz consider it.

    I agree with Tristan, I mean i personaly lost 50+ ports from your mistake and got taken back to 2 ports with over a mil mechs. Not planning on npc jumping across the map

    It seems to me the simplest fix is to have a do over w/ the "Treats" and server wide free food for the same period of time. Yes I lost 120 cents. about 15 or more Porters and 15 or more Beginner Guides. Not to mention Bills of food I had built up for reserve. The 10 or more points to my Big hero. and other hero's and I had done a bunch of rearranging. converted a few Hero's to Poly's. That's A LOT of clicking, 600 clicks per hero.
    Anyway enough of complaining. FREE FOOD and TREATS DO-OVER.

    Default Just do the right thing

    You cant run a promotion, charge people money for it, let them benefit for a few days and then hit the "Redo" button and take it all away.

    The language for your "for sale" offer promised certain items. Items that on every other server have been delivered and each of those players and accts benefited from that promotion. All except for ss48. For those accounts, they spent money which not only benefited their account but also offered benefits for other players that they distributed to as well. That offered value for your promotion so the players paid the money.

    It's like going through the drive through a McDonalds, ordering your food, getting it into your car, taking one bite, and then "POOF" the order disappears. And it happens to everyone that goes to that McDonalds and everytime they go through. Eventually, people will stop going to that MCDonalds.

    Default ss48, ss56 and 164 database error

    Hi,

    I'd actually suggested to evony to look into moving the cities near to the valleys the cities are holding to since they claimed due to database errors, they are unable know where the cities are originally at.

    Well, since the valleys are intact... using common senses... evony should know the cities got to be located near the valleys the cities hold.

    Instead, they choose locations for players 200-300 miles away.. and claimed they are "better locations" than the original locations the players are at.

    Please sent your feedback to evony at support@evony.com to know how wrong they are.

    Well, 10 days after rollback has happened, and after a poll in my alliance, not one person has had a succesful request completed by evony.

    Many are still missing coin, chests, vestas purchased by themselves, and for them by others. I personally fall into this category missing a chest, and 4 vestas.

    I know of no one who was charged for 17days of holiday that was not taken (caused by being in auto holiday on the 20th/21st) being refunded.

    I know of no one who was brought out of a (fixed end between 20/10 - 7/11 )holiday into refuged cities being additionally compensated - or even refunded the holiday. One received a mail stating that as they had been treated like everyone else no additional compensation was being offered. *If they had been treated as everyone else their account would have been restored still in holiday, with the food and troops they paid you to protect.*

    I know of no one who has been credited the unexpired items that were in effect on their account on the 20th/21st ie vestas, excal, wons - all items that have to be paid for.

    Most haven't even been dignified with a response, their request has just been closed unanswered.

    I am host of one of the best alliances on this server. Please tell me how I am supposed to help these players?

    Please tell me how I am supposed to respond when many players actually wish you'd just lost our accounts completely so they can chargeback and walk away, as indeed some have already done.

    Host of a major alliance!? What alliance would that be?

    The way Evony was treated us after the rollback should serve as warning to all other coiners. I bought five packages during the Evoween promotion and after noticing I was missing coins, packages and vestas I submitted a ticket to Evony.

    Their reply,

    "If your lost vesta due to the database maintance, we cannot make up because we have already sent a compensation package for every player.

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused, please try to understand."

    So I'm down 5 packages, 5 Vestas, and some of my coin (which I don't know why I ended up with only a partial ammount and I'm guessing Evony doesn't know either.) that I should have but its ok because they sent me 1 evoween package.

    So I've decided to go waste my money playing Black Ops.

    I wont buy anymore coins to help pay wages to a bunch of"i dont carers".

    I lost cents to,that havent been restored. when they run out and i need to holiday,i guess it will be byebye to evony.

    Sad,i had some real fun in this game and i also made some good friends.
    Shame on you,Evonymanagment,that you will let it end like this.
