Dave honestly i'm not on ss48, thank god, but I think you're completely missing the point of this thread. As stated above by several of the players on the server, they have filed tickets, done everything they are supposed to do, are getting no response or if they get some it is inadequate. So in attempting to do what you say the players are getting a big FU from the CS team, so I feel that perhaps you should take the office elevator down a floor and give them a kick in the butt to do their jobs![]()
I really don't think that is the case. Remember when you're reporting problems from other people, you may not have all the information.
Our customer care guys are really working hard to investigate any issue and restore Cents. We have a clear record of purchases made, so we can quickly verify if someone made a purchase during the data loss period and get the Cents fixed up.
If you are having issues and you feel your problems aren't being addressed correctly by our customer care team then please drop me a line and I'll look into your specific issue.

Sorry you don't believe us we when tell you that we are having problems. I believe that is the root cause of all the frustration people are having on ss48.
Maybe if you treated your customer care guys like they treated your customers we wouldn't get responses from them like this.

Maybe you are talking about the smiley face they put on at the end. Is that what was supposed to fix my problem? A smiley face? All we need now is for Dave to come on and say all problems have been solved and close this thread so it doesn't interfere with your next promotion.

This is starting to feel like de ja vu with the 72 hour cooldown for leaving your alliance debate we had last year at this time.
Evony reps come out and talk a big game in the forums about having a vote to resolve the problem.
They give us 3 choices and let us vote on it and what happens? They find out that they can't or won't give us what everyone voted for which was a limit on how many times you can leave the alliance before getting locked out. Instead they reduce the cooldown from 72 to 24 hours.
Same thing is happening now Evony reps come out and brag up the help desk but when its time to fix a problem they can't or won't help us. *looks at Dawnseeker* (I'm still waiting for a reply btw).
Anyone else hear the rumor that Evony is not going to give us the items we paid for because we already got a comp package? Supposedly they just send out some lame mail with a smiley face on it. Talk about adding insult to injury.
Evony have no customer service unless u owe them money if your cheque bounces they suspend u untill it's resolved and they get your money. If u have a valid complaint or question they either ignore your request or just close your ticket!!

The point remains, if you have a problem from ss48, and didn't get what you purchased, file a CS ticket, and it will be addressed.
