There is no method. Yes you read it right, there's none -- Yet.
So far I just farm any lvl of NPC ( lower levels give lower losses with no difference in drop rate )
I dont think PvP is the way to go. However I could be wrong.
So yeah...Tell me if anyone has gotten any info.
EDIT : Feathers dont seem to show up in reports...weird.
