thank you!! i was afraid i was gonna have to say it an go on a diatribe about how nothing made by a computer can be random but that sums it up

as for the wheel part of this discussion, i have had it happen a number of times and offered up this idea before (and was scoffed at (on the forums) for something so ludicrous) lol... anyways i have had it happen with a rose medal (this is when i first got acquainted with this notion), and cents a number of times since then. i find what was said about double items never being picked which would not really surprise me ...

if u think about it, having a system where it actually WORKED to hit "stop" and have the blinking light stop on the item u want would prolly be a whole lot more complicated in the code and design of the game than evony would require ... not to mention it might cause A LITTLE more lag

Yeah thats why if u win cents they will usually show up in your cents the minute the wheel starts spinning

Same as winning cents.they are added soon as you hit the button.the lag and the spinning counter is all just for show

The 'stop' button is for if you are spinning 50 ammies but you want to cancel on the 25th one for example.not to stop the light on whatever item you want

In case anyone is wondering though, the way it determines a win and then shows the win is modeled on how a slot machine works.

It is not random, the percentages of each item possibly being won on the wheel were figured out well over two years ago. But I CBA to find the thread.

So out of interest then....like a fruit machine has a certain amount of configurations so does the amulet wheel?

This being said, had you a Rain Man like mind upon looking at a new wheel you could in fact predict the outcome before the end of the spin?

No to both questions. Well, the first is technically correct, because the max number of configurations is based on the number of items that are available to drop from the wheel.

I heard Rainman was a good movie. They used my old office in the movie "The Cooler".
