I like it.
If you're looking for suggestions, I would make it less of an 'architect' style layout, and more of an old age map sitting on a general's table. What I mean is to make it look like it's from Evony's 'time', I suppose. A withered old table with a knife sticking out of it or something. :P

The map slightly bigger with a knife driven through one of the countries, and gold lying about would look cool. Or bread, since food is extremely valuable now.
