and what u all dont realize is thoes palyers ur on about already dropped all the press on their alts so cost them next to nothing to heal in the end nothing has changed except the impact on the non alt player.

seems to me a lot of focus is being spent on trying to make a small group suffer and in them attempting to do that they are panic managing and causing colateral damage that is being ingnored and the worst part is they havent even accomplished their goal. maybe if evony decided to evolve with the way the majority seemed to play the playing field would actually be leveled... if u cant stop the botters then make it ok to bot then at least everyone has same advantages / disadvatanges ... im mean if that many of their customers are doing it then maybe they should be listening to them ... ideally dont companies change and evolve as the needs and wants of the customers change? if the customer wants to move heros without persuading maybe within allaince it should be acceptable but only within alliance and maybe base it on time in the allaince once ur on a team more than say 30 days so u cant have some 1 join just for the sake of getting a hero unless both that person and the alliance is willing to wait out 30 days

there are many things that evony can do that would be pro active and it starts with listening to the customers and keeping the playing feild even by changing the rules to meet the new need of the customers

and u can create new servers that are bot or no bot approved so thoes who like the old style of play can play there those who like the new style of play can play there. over all it would improve there bottom line happy customers means more profit. --- just my 2 cents
The whole idea of a game is that you have rules ... the players play within those rules. while it is possible and perhaps even easy to break them now, the idea of evony now saying "no really, please, break our rules. it's ok." is just bs ... in all honesty i think they actually have optimal profit right now ... they have the casual non-coining players that stay around cuz they wanna try and play, they have the casual coining non-botting non-alt players, they have the coiners who bot but have no alts and the mega-coiners with alts and bots running ... by not openly acclaiming bots as a good thing, they are keeping some of the lower-spending players around ... also some of the old guys who hate the idea of alts still play and coin playing to the best they can. but they dont really squash a botters ability to use the third-party software keeping them around as well ... means evony makes more money ...

@morgan i was actually wondering if you could explain a little how the prest thing would lead to "elitism" and what u mean by that term
