Hiya,
I want to learn more about attacking opponents. Maybe someone can point me to a good source, and/or tell me about the below q's...
I'm asking a lot, so please feel free to answer any individual parts...
I know of:
- archbows
- SB's
- jaq attacks
- cav smacks
- phract smacks
- spamming to create CDs
- spamming to make it harder for the opponent to see what's coming.
So far, what I think I know, please correct me if I'm wrong:
Archbows are good against small defences, e.g. AT's and minimal troops (<50k). I'm pretty sure they're not good for large defences with big layers.
SBs are good for removing archers/ballistae from large defences.
Jaq attacks are useful in special circumstances described
here
Question #1: what other types of attacks are there?
Question #2: when is it good/not good to use each of the above, for the goal of removing all defences with minimal troop losses?
Thanks again gurus!!
